Who I am and my Real Estate Experience

Since 1979, I have been serving buyers and sellers of residential real estate in the Atlanta area. I am a Lifetime member of the DeKalb Million Dollar Club, DeKalb Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and received the Phonenix Award in 2007. I specialize in the areas of Druid Hills, Emory, Candler Park, Decatur, Virginia Highlands, Morningside, Inman Park, Midtown, Ansley Park, as well as the Northlake and Dunwoody areas.

It is important to have personal and professional service when buying or selling a home. As a member of the Karafotias Realty Company team, I am able to focus on the service to my clients. Karafotias is a small firm that cares about the satisfaction of it's clients. We are small enough to give excellent customer service, but big enough to get you the exposure that you need as a member of FMLS (First Multiple Listing Service) and GaMLS (Georgia Multiple Listing Service). We have all the tools that you need to buy or sell a home.

Having been born and raised in the Decatur and Emory area, I am uniquely positioned to understand the real estate market. I currently reside in the Druid Hills community with my husband. We have one son who is in college. I enjoy being a member of the Women's Council and the Druid Hills Historic Committee. I am also a member of Glenn United Methodist Church and a past member of the Home and School Board at St. Pius X Catholic High School. I am a past president of the Druid Hills Civic Association and a current Board Member.
